RAW CLEANSE DIET

The Raw Cleanse should be followed for at least one week, preferably two weeks, and as long as four weeks, if able

Following our Raw Cleanse for 2-4 weeks provides you with live enzymes, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids from the foods you consume, and helps you lose weight, yet gives you enough energy to work out and do anything you would normally do only you feel great! This diet/cleanse aids with resolving gastrointestinal dysfunction, pain, inflammation and other ailments, so now is the time to make a change.  After two – four weeks, add some beef, chicken, lamb or wild fish for more protein.

For two weeks, eat all of the raw, non-starchy vegetables, low-glycemic fruits, tree-grown nuts and seeds you enjoy. No meat or dairy of any kind, no starchy vegetables of any kind, no grain-based foods of any kind, no alcohol of any kind (yes, no beer or wine), no sodas, no processed food of any kind. Drink only water (although, if eliminating coffee and/or tea means you will not follow this cleanse, try to limit your coffee and tea to 8oz per day. Drink more water to offset these beverages).

WHERE’S THE PROTEIN?

Sunflower or pumpkin seeds (raw)  1/4 cup =  8 grams protein

Almonds and walnuts (raw)  1 ounce = 6-7 grams protein

Hummus (raw garbanzo beans)   1 cup = 20 grams protein

ANTI-FUNGAL FOOD CHOICES LIST

THE ANTIFUNGAL FOOD CHOICES LIST/DIET ADDRESSES AVOIDING FOODS THAT FEED FUNGUS AND PARASITES; while some foods/beverages may be included on other diets, the Antifungal Food Choices List/Diet is different from the Low FODMAPs or Histamine Intolerance Diets. Each diet is a bit different from the other…here is one example: On the Low FODMAPs, you may have hard cheese, because the lactose was used up in the making of that cheese, but you cannot have milk or soft cheeses that contain lactose; however, on Low Histamine Intolerance List, you cannot have milk or any cheeses because they cause histamine. ALL Dairy is permitted on the Antifungal Food Choices List/Diet UNLESS you have an auto-immune disorder. 

These anti-fungal food choices are for all who love their sugar and carbs, who have any health issue, from being overweight to diabetes, gastrointestinal trouble to cancer, these recommendations will help to starve your body of the toxins that love the foods you crave!   • Oils (all tree-grown nut and seed only, NO soybean or peanut oils)
  • Onions (including garlic, leeks, green onions, scallions)

  • Poultry and birds, all types (including turkey, chicken, squab, pheasant, quail, etc.)
  • Rabbit
  • Raw apple cider vinegar
  • Reptile
  • Rice protein shakes and Rice “milk” (organic, whole-grain brown only)
  • Seeds (flax cut/ground, pumpkin, sunflower, chia, apple, etc.)
  • Shellfish, all types (wild, not farmed)
  • Spices
  • Squash (all types)
  • Stevia (unprocessed only; it will be green)
  • Tomatoes
  • Tree-grown Nuts (almonds, cashews, filberts, Macademia, pistachios, pecans, walnuts, etc.; these also significantly drop LDL and Triglycerides, so eat daily for snacks!)
  • Vegetables (NON-starchy only)
  • Venison
  • Vinegar (preferably raw, organic but any that are authentic and do not contain caramel sugars)
  • Whey protein (organic, cold-processed, undenatured)
  • Yogurt (organic with common, not GMO, flora and NOT frankenflora that is patented – preferably raw)

Drink water. While various teas, including green tea, will not feed fungus as long as you are not adding sugar to them, they do ALL contain various chemicals (caffeine, tannins, etc.) and you must drink extra water to help flush the chemicals inherent in them from your system. The general rule of thumb is to consume half your body weight in ounces of water daily (ie – if you weigh 100 lbs, you need 50 ounces water daily; 200 lbs, you need 100 ounces daily)

NO soy (in any form, except as lecithin, a trace emulsifier in many supplements), NO wheat, barley, rye, quinoa or other grain, NO peanuts, peas, corn, sugar or artificial sweeteners (aka: no diet anything), NO skim or fat-free dairy (use organic, raw whole dairy when possible, including cream), NO yeast-based breads, oranges, tangerines, strawberries, bananas, grapes, NO fruit juices, dried fruits, mushrooms, truffles, blue cheeses or other yeasty, moldy or fungal foods.
