I know it is confusing, who is doing what…Dr. Jon, Dr. Lorna, Gary, Val and I are all retiring effective March 1, 2019.

The FIGTREE VITAMINS STORE IS closing effective Friday, March 1, 2019, so its last day selling products is Thursday, February 28th. EVERYTHING left at the Figtree Vitamins store is 30-50% off, so if you have thought about buying anything there before it closes, there is now LESS than one week left.

Our last FIGTree LIVE show will be next Thursday, February 28, 2019; however, past shows will remain available. I do not know yet if the LISTEN LIVE feature, which puts show into a continuous loop, that rotates shows endlessly, will be available but you will be able to listen to each show that is in the SHOW ARCHIVE  files.

HOWEVER, as Dr. Jon often says, I am still “just a Spring chicken,” so I intend to continue running THIS website. All of the features will remain available, at least for awhile, including this Live Chat Forum, all of the articles, diets, cleanses and regimens in the Reference Center AND you will be able to list to all of our previous shows, even after March 1, for at least awhile. I believe our last FIGTreeLive.com E-newsletter will be on February 26th or 27th.

So, I will be around and happy to chat and I will recommend products I can find that are similar to those that FIGTreeVitamins.com carried, so I hope you will continue to join me right here!

Unless the product contains large amounts of B vitamins, I recommend taking most things upon rising and at bedtime (and, where needed, midday) on an empty stomach, regardless of label instructions, so as not to compete with food.

Vicki,

Yes, it saids to take with food.   My apologies for not making that clear.  Usually, figtreelive instructs people to take pills without food.

Thanks

Debbie

Hi Debbie! If I recall correctly, I believe the recommended label dosage for that product is 3 in the morning and 3 at night, or you could take 2 capsules THREE times per day.

Vicki,

I understand that Figtreelive does not promote NSC products anymore, however, I have 1 1/2 bottles of their Joint and Tissue that I’m going to use up first.  Would I take them in the morning and at night as fig tree lives joint product?

Thanks

Debbie

Hi Debbie…Are you asking about its uses or what time of day to take cod liver oil? If asking about time of day to use it, it is best to take at bedtime; however, for certain neurological issues, such as your tendinitis, I would take it upon rising and at bedtime. ~ Vicki

Re: package deals, the pricing was no different than purchasing each product individually. FIGTreeVitamins.com put together the packages to coincide with many of our recommendations, compiling the combination of products we would recommend for various health issues. You can still read what is in the packages; however, you must purchase products individually. More news coming for February. Wait to make any purchases until Thursday for the big sale in February!

Vicki,

When would I add the Code Liver Oil?   Also, I noticed there are no more package deals.  Is that correct?

Thanks

Debbie

In the non-dominant hand is odd! It must be from typing, texting, etc. I would use therapeutic amounts of FIGTreeVitamins.com INFLAMOVE Joint Formula (3 upon rising and 3 at bedtime). That said, continuing to over-use the hand may not fully resolve the problem. Using that brace you have should help some. They are cumbersome, I think, but they hold your hand, bones, etc. in place.

It’s from wear and tare.  Strangely, in my non dominant hand.

Thanks

Hi Debbie!

It depends upon what caused the tendinitis. If it is due to a strain or overuse, I recommend the FIGTreeVitamins.com JOINT & TISSUE FLEX  Package, which contains TWO BOTTLES EACH of FIGTreeVitamins’ Inflamove and 100% Pure Cod Liver Oil. Inflamove (with turmeric, ginger, white willow bark, boswellia, devil’s claw and anti-inflammatory enzymes) provide necessary nutrients to address inflammatory pain in joints, tissues and synovial health without increasing the inflammatory effects of glucosamine, a sugar known to feed fungal overgrowth, which is why so many using a glucosamine and chondroitin product find it ineffective after a month or so of using the product. FIGTreeVitamins’ Cod Liver Oil is 100% pure cod liver oil, NEVER cut with soybean oil and it acts as a lubricant for joints and a necessary nutrient for the central nervous system. This package provides the nutrients necessary to aid with pain but also to rebuild and lubricate.

If the cause is from an injury (recent or old that has gotten worse), I suggest using the FIGTreeVitamins.com SYSTEMIC CLEANSING Package, used according to the instruction on the FIGTreeVitamins.com site. These products are intended to dissolve damaged tissue and get rid of the cause of prolonged pain, so using it for 2-3 months, then using the Joint & Tissue Flex Pkg AFTER completing the cleanse, will not only resolve the inflammation that is causing pain but also provide nutrients needed to heal.

Hi Vicki,

I’v been diagnosed with tendinitis about 3 weeks ago.  What is a good natural anti inflammatory to use?  And, how often should I take it to get rid of the pain?   Occasionally, I have been taken the Ibuprofen, however, not enough or often to help.  I also have a brace that I wear occasionally.

Thank

Debra
