The anti-fungal food choices eliminates soy, yeast, mold, mushrooms, gluten grains, as well as moldy nuts such as peanuts. It also limits carbohydrates in general and limits fruit to low sugar fruits only, such a berries. If you are not fungal and do not have any health issues than thediet should be fine. If however, you have any auto-imminue disease, diabetes, history of cancer, etc. than the anti-fungal diet would be a better choice. Both the Mediterranean Diet and our ANTIFUNGAL FOOD CHOICES LIST diet eliminate sugars and processed foods. The Antifungal Food Choices List advocates for organic produce when possible and also to avoid soy because soy is harmful (Read more at SOY FUN FACTS). Other than that, the diets are primarily the same.
